We follow a holistic and individual approach to treatment

From the first day of your stay in our clinic, your individual therapy plan will be started. First, your attending physicians and psychotherapists will conduct an intensive psychiatric, test psychological and psychosomatic diagnosis with you. The results of this initial diagnosis will then serve as the basis for your holistic and individual therapy plan.

Our team of experts consists of specialists from various medical, psychological and specialist therapeutic fields. We work multiprofessionally and holistically on your recovery and offer you a variety of sound methods and therapies.

Drug therapy

For numerous clinical pictures, supplementary pharmacological treatment is useful. Typical psychotropic drugs include antidepressants, neuroleptics, anxiolytics and antipsychotics.

After a thorough diagnosis and in accordance with evidence-based, modern pharmacotherapy guidelines, and in close consultation with you and your attending physician, we will coordinate the supplementary pharmacological therapy.

In our in-house pharmacy, we create custom nutrient blends and supplements.

Body therapy

Particularly in the case of mental illness, the interaction between body and mind is disturbed. To restore the balance is one of the goals of body therapy.

Body therapies such as sports therapy have a healing as well as a preventive function. Therefore, body therapy is an elementary component of our sustainable treatment concept to strengthen the own body and thus also the own body perception.

Art therapy

Art therapy supports and accompanies people with mental illnesses on the road to recovery. With different means such as colors, clay, soapstone or natural materials, body perception and sensory experience are stimulated. Through creative work, all senses are addressed. In creative, also playful expression, feelings and abilities are remembered and reactivated.

Relaxation therapy

Mindfulness and relaxation therapies are an important part of the recovery process. These include, for example, yoga, progressive muscle relaxation, autogenic training, mindfulness training, breathing training and meditation. It is important, especially in the case of stress-related illnesses or other mental illnesses, to release mental tension and to give one’s own thoughts a break.

Mother-child therapy

Our clinic offers space for sick mothers or fathers with their babies (up to walking age). To ensure that the affected parents receive comprehensive and holistic treatment, we rely on a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of medical specialists, psychologists, therapists, lactation consultants and nursing staff. Our team is completed by experienced cooperation partners from pediatrics, gynecology and midwifery.
